Roots, Rhythms, Resistance
The three day symposium organized by WC_CARS, "Roots, Rhythms, Resistance," brought together scholars, artists, activists, musicians, and community workers to explore, examine, and discuss topical issues such as food sovereignty, labour justice, and racism in health care. At three different venues, community members attended and participated--in-person and online--making "Roots, Rhythms, Resistance" a successful event.
